Introduction was made to the capacity-increasing theory of transmission lines and a variety of factors to have impacts on conductor current-carrying capacity. Analysis was made to methods improving transmission capacity on transmission line. Mat-lab software was applied to analyze various impacts on conductor current-carrying capacity. According to simulated diagrams analy-sis, it is known that making full use of a variety of factors can realize increasing conductor current-carrying capacity in real time.
