Introduction was made to the starting program consideration of 110 kV Pingxing substation of extended inner bridge wiring connection. Combined with the onsite starting process, this paper discussed and analyzed naming number, protection ad-justment, vector test, voltage control and onsite operation etc starting process points, so as to improve the quality and level of new power transmission and transformation engineering starting, which provides references for optimizing similar 110 kV new power transmission and transformation engineering starting and for ensuring power network operating safely.
