Taking Kaifeng110 kV university digitalized substation for actual example, introduction was made to the technical fea-tures of the digitalized substation based on the standard IEC 61150. Analysis was made to accuracy calibration methods for electronic current and voltage transformers and debugging technique for digitalized protection devices, which provides basic material and de-bugging plans for future smart substation’s building and application.
