随着采用Modbus RTU协议的设备越来越多,为能跟上网络自动化的发展,设计了一种Modbus协议与Profibus-DP协议转换装置,通过它实现Modbus网络与Profibus-DP网络互联.介绍Profibus-DP和Modbus两种现场总线的协议模型,分析了两种现场总线协议的转换方法,提出了转换器的电路设计和单片机系统软件设计,并通过实验证明了转换器数据转换的正确性和实用性.

Following more and more equipment in adoption of Modbus RTU protocol, this paper designed a kind of conversion de-vice of Modbus protocol and Profibus-DP protocol in order to follow the development of network automation. The Modbus network was connected to the Profibus-DP network through the device. Introduction was made to protocol modes of Profibus-DP and Modbus of two kinds of field buses and analysis was made to the transfer method of two kinds of field buses. This paper raised transfer circuit design and software design of singlechip machine system. Experiment proved the correctness and practicality of data transfer.
