Introduction was made to a kind of electrical operating mechanism reliability test device of molded case circuit break-ers with an industrial controller as the control core. Analysis was made to the reliability test method. This paper designed the driving circuit and status monitoring and test circuit. The test device can monitor the status of electrical operating mechanism and circuit breaker in real time, to realize fault self-diagnoses. The control software was based on Visual Basic6.0 and the modularized idea was adopted for design. It is convenient for users to operate the test device with multi-interface design.
