工程应用型人才培养的课程往往专业性强、抽象、难以理解,常规的填鸭式教学方法使得学生在学习过程中丧失了学习兴趣,很难提高学生的工程应用能力和就业质量,鉴于此寻求科学合理的教学方法对于培养高质量的人才至关重要.项目驱动教学是以“学生发展”为中心,项目设计、项目实施控制、效果评价为步骤的教学方法,研究如何结合专业培养计划和就业目标进行项目设计,并以电气控制与PLC技术课程为引例,11船舶工程技术班为对象,通过设计、实施项目驱动教学.实践证明,该方法能激发学生自主学习的能力,提高学生工程应用能力,有良好的教学效果.

Courses of Engineering applied talents training had the following feature such as strong professional, abstract and difficult to understand, the conventional cramming method caused the students who lost learning interest in the learning process, it is difficult to improve the students' application ability and the employment quality, scientific and reasonable teaching methods was very important to cultivate high quality talent.
