随着社会发展,为适应各行业对应用型技能人才的要求,职业教育实践教学基地建设的改善是当前高等职业技术院校提高毕业生全面素质的主要问题.文章从改善职业教育实践教学基地(校内)建设的条件入手,如何充分利用现有的机器设备条件、人员条件,在大学生的实际操作技能培养中,结合“校中厂”模式进行来料加工,产品的开发和科学研究.使实践教学基地在满足教学需要的同时提高利用率,体现了社会效益.

@@@@With social development, in order to meet the requirements of practical talents in various industries, improving the practical teaching base construction of vocational education is the key problem for current higher vocational colleges to improve the comprehensive quality of graduates. This thesis discussed about the improvement of the on-campus conditions of practical teaching base construction of vocational education, which is how to make full use of existing machinery equipments and staff combining with“factory-in-school”mode to do given-material processing, product development and scientific research during the process of students’ practical operation skill training. In this way practical teaching base could meet teaching requirements and increase operation rate at the same time, reflecting social benefits.
