Taking the stator core of the 1 100MW 4-pole nuclear generator as research target, two kinds of tool, the classic formula of iron core by the Westinghouse and fi-nite element method by means of ANSYS software, were employed to analyze, calculate and compare the inherent 4-valvula frequency of the stator core and double-amplitude value of vibration under the magnetic force, so as to judge whether they satisfied the theoretical vibration allowable value of the core of the 4-pole generator.
