介绍了连州发电厂3、4号发电机定子铁心端部阶梯齿断齿以及端部线棒受损的情况.分析了故障现象后,确定定子故障原因主要是由于铁心端部松动、铁心硅钢片表面受损等隐患引起的.针对起因对定子铁心进行了断齿修复和紧固,对受损线棒进行了更换和修理,跟踪各发电机修复后运行状况,结果良好.

Both the broken of the ladder-shaped teeth and damage of the coil bar of the stator happened in the No.3 and 4 generators in the Lianzhou power plant were introduced. After analyzing the failure phenomenon, the cause of the failure resulted from such hidden factors as the core-loosing and insulation layer damage on the surface of silicon steel sheet was confirmed. The Teeth-broken in the ladder-shaped teeth in the stator was repaired, core-loosing was retightened and damaged coil bar was replaced punctu-ally against the cause. It was found that the repaired genera-tor operated normally after long-term following up.
