智慧城市是对传统城市发展的变革,也是新型城市化的重要内容和新的形式.本文通过对智慧城市的涵义、产生的源头、技术特征、空间表现形式、目标和结果进行探索,提出智慧城市三大技术特征、四大核心技术、五大空间、六大效果表现特征,并论述了新型城市化、智慧城市与数字城市的关系,分析了当前智慧城市建设中存在的问题,提出以“十个一”为重点的智慧城市的建设思路和技术路线,强调智慧城市要以数字城市为基础来整合城市各种数据和信息,才能消除“信息孤岛”实现城市协同高效的智慧管理.

The smart city is an important content of the transformation of traditional urban development, is also a new type of urbanization and a new form. This paper presented three main technical features of the smart city, four core technology, five space effect and six performance characteristics by studying he meaning of the smart city, source of technical features, and discussed the new urbanization, the relations between the smart city and digital cities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current smart city construction, this paper proposed"Ten one" smart city-building ideas and technology solution. Smart city should integrate a variety of data and information of based on digital city, in order to eliminate the"islands of information"and realize the collaborative and efficient city management.
