信息安全与保密与我国政治、经济、文化以及国防和军队现代化建设息息相关,已经成为影响国家安全和利益的重要因素.目前我国信息安全保障工作正在逐步加强,制定并实施了一系列信息安全保密法规标准,初步建立了信息安全保密管理体系,为国家和国防科技工业信息化建设发展与管理起到了一定的促进、规范和指导作用,军工单位涉密信息系统的安全保密管理和防护水平明显提高.重点介绍了军工企业OA系统相关安全认证标准中涉及的安全保密功能的设计、开发和应用.

Information security and secrecy has close relationship with our national politics, economic, culture and national defense and the modernization of armed forces, it has become the important factor to our national safety and interests. Now the national information security is gradually strengthening, and also make out a series of information security standards, establish secrecy management system, which play a certain role in promoting and guiding the development and management of the defense industry informatization construction, and the secrecy management and protection level of secrecy information system in military units have been obvious improved. This paper mainly introduces the design, development and application of secrecy functions which referred in OA system about security certification standards in the military enterprises.
