    A solution of using GSM network to construct a SMS(short message service) overdue platform is introduced in this pa?per,which include the hardware environment and the entrance,architecture,function and design of the SMS server software.The application of this solution in the author show that it is cheap in hardware, easy to be implemented and can provide a simple inter?face for reuse.
