Cloud computing technology provides new ideas for the reform and development of the university computer experi?mental instruction system. In this paper, based on analysis of the drawbacks of existing experimental instruction system and the serves which cloud computing technology provides for the university experimental teaching system, the university computer ex?perimental teaching system based on cloud computing technology is designed, and the function and structure of the system is de?scribed to play a valuable role in the future research.
