安徽省建设用地数据备案及跟踪管理信息系统以地理信息系统和关系型数据库为基础,采用B/S结构和先进的跨平台技术研发而成,可对土地供应和利用情况进行网上备案、跟踪管理、查询统计和分析,为加强全省建设用地供后监管提供了科学便捷的手段.该文阐述了系统的设计思路和功能实现,并对系统的应用情况进行了简要介绍.

The data record and tracking management information system for construction land of Anhui province based on the GIS and RMDBS, which developed by B/S structure and advanced cross-platform technology, record online and tracking man?age and inquiry statistics and analysis the supply and utilization information of construction land, and provides scientific conve?nient means to strengthen the supervision of construction land, has improved work efficiency in the territory resources manage?ment department. This paper expounds the design ideas and function of system , and the function of the application of the system is briefly introduced.
