针对目前油田抽油机的应用现状,采用场路结合的方法设计出与塔架式抽油机相匹配的开关磁阻电机,并对电机的调速性能进行分析,验证了设计的合理性.最后,对抽油机与电机系统的实际节能效果及节电量进行了计算,证明采用该电机,系统综合节电量得到有效提高,为实现油田“节能降耗”做出了贡献.
針對目前油田抽油機的應用現狀,採用場路結閤的方法設計齣與塔架式抽油機相匹配的開關磁阻電機,併對電機的調速性能進行分析,驗證瞭設計的閤理性.最後,對抽油機與電機繫統的實際節能效果及節電量進行瞭計算,證明採用該電機,繫統綜閤節電量得到有效提高,為實現油田“節能降耗”做齣瞭貢獻.

Switched reluctance motor was designed with the method of magnetic field and magnetic circuit for tower-frame pumping unit,considering the situation of oilfield pumping unit application. Analyzed the speed-adjusting performance and validate that the design method is useful. Finally,the parameter of practical energy saving and the amount of energy saving were calculated,which can prove that the switched reluctance motor can improve the in-tegrated power saving amount,and can be used for the"energy saving and power saving".
