大规模非并网风力发电避开了风电并网的技术难题.针对大规模非并网风力发电系统,提出一种飞轮储能系统辅助的风力发电方案,研究了飞轮储能系统对于非并网风力发电系统直流母线电压和输出功率的控制方法,建立了相应的Simulink仿真模型,用模拟实际风速对飞轮储能系统平稳非并网风力发电系统输出功率进行了仿真.结果表明,在飞轮储能系统的辅助下,非并网风力发电机组可以按要求输出功率曲线以满足负荷需求,并在直流母线发生故障时,飞轮储能系统加速输出所储存的能量以稳定整个风力发电机组-飞轮储能系统输出功率.

The technical problems of integrating wind farm into utility grid is avoided by lager scale non-grid-connected wind power.The control strategy of flywheel energy-storage system for wind farm without grid connection was proposed.The synthesized DC-link voltage and power auxiliary control of flywheel energy-storage system to non-grid-connected wind power were researched.A Simulink model for this control strategy was set-up.The performance of power smoothing and participating in the power control when the DC-link voltage drops was simulated with simulation actual wind data.The simulation results indicate that the proposed wind power generation- flywheel energy-storage system can supply steady output power and the flywheel energy-storage system will accelerate to export the power to the whole system when some faults happen in the DC-link.
