为了实现矿用电机车交流传动的高性能控制运行,提高电机车运行的可靠性,以代替传统的矿用电机车直流调阻调速和直流斩波调速,实现节能降耗,提高牵引性能.研制设计了基于16位单片机DSPIC30F6010A的矿用电机车交流变频调速牵引控制系统,采用改进型转差频率控制策略,实现了矿用电机车速度和电流的双PI调节器闭环控制,采用了电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的控制算法.实验结果证明了这种控制策略的有效性.

Mine electrical locomotive speed controlling modified from traditional changing DC resistance and DC chopper to VVVF,realizing mine electric locomotive to have high-performance control,saving energy and improving the reliability of operation of motor vehicles.The mine locomotive traction power control system was designed based on the microchip 16-bit single-chip microcomputer DSPIC30F6010A,realizing speed and current PI regulator of the two-loop control in mining electric locomotive to adoption of improved slip frequency control strategy and the SVPWM method. Experimental result shows the feasibility of the control strategy.
