在本钢炼铁厂75 m2烧结倾翻机控制系统中,为解决因机械原因造成的倾翻机一启动变频器就发生过载跳闸的故障问题,把机械、电气自动化进行了有机的结合,通过修改PLC程序从根本上解决了故障问题,取得了理想的效果.此类机械故障并非一定要通过机械方面来解决,相反采用电气方法来解决处理,既简单、省时、省力,又经济.

In the Benxi Iron Works 75 m2 tipping sintering machine control system,to address the fault of the mechanical causes for a start tipping machine converter overload trip,the mechanical,electrical and automation were organic combined,by modifying the PLC program from the fundamental solution to the problem of failure to achieve the desired results. Such mechanical failure not necessarily have to be resolved by mechanical,electrical methods used to solve the reverse process is simple,saving time,effort,and very economical.
