This paper first briefly introduces the LTE communication technology, on this basis, the article continues to analyse single-user MIMO system capacity and corresponding power allocation technology.Then, it briefly introduces the multi-user MIMO system power distribution and shows the regional of uplink and downlink capacity.At the end of essay, the relationship between the four channel capacity has been given.
