CMCC network offers best effort service type, while the trend is QoS guarantee on packet data transfer. The change is necessary and full of challenge. GBR and MBR/AMBR are QoS parameters defined in LTE. According to the M/G/R-PS model, GBR’s value should not more than 1/60 of network capacity, and MBR/AMBR’s value should not less than 1/20 of network capacity.
