主要分析400 t级巨型钢锭的偏析及夹杂物分布情况,对水口、冒口等典型部位取样做化学成分分析及夹杂物评级.通过分析发现冒口与水口端偏析现象比较明显,但偏析量相对较小,而S、O的残余含量特别低,A类夹杂物评级基本为0级,D类夹杂物评级≤0.5级,同时钢锭肩部属循环死角,夹杂物容易聚集,对于巨型钢锭或无损检测要求特别高的产品,建议将钢锭肩部切除掉,以提高产品质量.

This paper analyzes the situations of segregation and inclusion distribution of 400t level heavy steel in-got.The typical positions such as head and riser have been taken specimens to perform chemical composition analysis and inclusion rating.The analysis shows that the segregations at riser end and head end are more obvious but the segre -gation amounts are fewer, and the residual contents of S and O are quite few and A class inclusion rating is level 0 and D class inclusion rating is not more than level 0.5, and ingot shoulder is the circulating blind angle , so inclusions are gathered easily.For heavy steel ingot or product with high NDT requirement , the ingot shoulder is suggested to be re-moved in order to improve product quality .
