本文提出圆柱形芯辊预扩孔+半球截面芯辊辗扩一次成形工艺,并采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对该工艺进行模拟.结果表明:锻件在辗轧过程中载荷平稳,变形均匀.生产实践证明,采用该工艺可有效提高产品的质量及合格率.

This paper puts forward the cylindrical roller core reaming and hemisphere section roller core rolling forming process, and using the DEFORM-3D finite element soft to simulate the process, and the results show that the load is smooth and deformation is uniform during rolling .The production practice shows that the quality of the products and the qualified rate are improved effectively by using the process .
