对20钢不合格锻件进行研究,确定屈服强度和冲击韧性不合格的直接原因是锻件内部存在大量的粗大魏氏组织.该组织的形成原因主要是锻件终锻温度过高,锻后正火冷却速度不合理,并且钢中合金元素含量偏低.通过多次正火消除了魏氏组织,使不合格锻件得以挽救,并在后续生产中调整钢的成分、降低终锻温度、提高正火冷却速度确保了锻件一次合格.
對20鋼不閤格鍛件進行研究,確定屈服彊度和遲擊韌性不閤格的直接原因是鍛件內部存在大量的粗大魏氏組織.該組織的形成原因主要是鍛件終鍛溫度過高,鍛後正火冷卻速度不閤理,併且鋼中閤金元素含量偏低.通過多次正火消除瞭魏氏組織,使不閤格鍛件得以輓救,併在後續生產中調整鋼的成分、降低終鍛溫度、提高正火冷卻速度確保瞭鍛件一次閤格.

The unqualified 20 steel forgings are researched to confirm a lot of rough widmanstatten structures are the direct element resulting in the failure of yield strength and impact toughness .The too high final forging tempera-ture, irrational cooling rate of normalizing after forging and insufficient content of alloy elements in steel causes the for -mation of this structure.The unqualified forgings are remedied by the means of multiple normalizing to remove widma -nstatten structures.The qualified forgings are guaranteed by adjusting steel composition , reducing the final forging tem-perature and increasing cooling rate of normalizing in succeeding production .
