采用传统导电化学氧化和无铬-阿洛丁(Alodine)工艺对6063铝合金进行表面化学处理,借助扫描电子显微镜,计算机显微图像分析仪和盐雾试验等分析氧化膜层微观形貌特征、成分及相组成.分析结果表明:阿洛丁化学转化膜呈现致密的膜层,耐腐蚀性能较强.
採用傳統導電化學氧化和無鉻-阿洛丁(Alodine)工藝對6063鋁閤金進行錶麵化學處理,藉助掃描電子顯微鏡,計算機顯微圖像分析儀和鹽霧試驗等分析氧化膜層微觀形貌特徵、成分及相組成.分析結果錶明:阿洛丁化學轉化膜呈現緻密的膜層,耐腐蝕性能較彊.

The conductive chemical oxidation and Chromium-Free Alodine process were carried out for 6063 aluminum alloy. The microstructure, composition and properties of the chemical oxidation film on aluminum alloy were studied by SEM, computer microscope and neutral salt test, and the results indicated that the resistant corrosion of chromium-free Alodine film on Al-alloy was better than conductive chemical oxidation film.
