The green building is an inevitable choice for sustainable development in the construction industry. The green building devel-opment path, in line with the actual situation of Zhejiang Province, is explored by researching development, green technology and supporting policies of green building in Zhejiang Province, and combined with the comparative study with neighboring provinces and cities. The results can provide useful reference for the development of green buildings in the other provinces and cities.
