The potential safety hazard of the traditional heating system in designing and operating are analyzed, including the larger pri-mary circulating pump, hydraulic imbalance resulting in smaller temperature difference and larger water flow which brings too much power consumption waste. Now, urban heating system is always geographically separated with small scale, polluting severely, low-level management and serious waste energy. By making a techno-economic comparison, the central heating system can operate under modern-quantitative ways by adopting the variable frequency secondary pump heating system and the comprehensive monitoring platform of internet.
