结合风电机组变速运行的特点,本文提出一种无转速计阶比分析方法.该方法利用短时傅里叶时频分析提取风电机组多分量振动信号中的参考轴转速信号,再对振动信号进行等角度重采样,进行阶比谱分析.与传统分析方法相比,该方法解决了风电机组中的转速变化导致频谱峰值能量分散问题;同时无需转速计,解决了风电机组采集时的现场工程问题.应用实例分析结果表明:此方法能够有效识别变速中的特征分量,适合于风电机组离线振动监测工作中应用.

As variable-speed wind turbine has its own characteristics, this paper proposed a tacholess order analysis method. is method use short-time fourier time-frequency analysis to extract the reference sha speed signal of multi-component vibration signal of wind turbine, and use this speed signal to resample the vibration signal, convert the signal from time-domain to angle-domain for order tracking spectrum analysis. Compared with traditional analysis methods, this method solves the problem of spectrum peak dispersion of variable-speed wind turbine and inconvenience to install sensors. e results show that this method can e ectively identify the characteristics of the variable-speed component, suit for application in wind turbine o ine vibration monitoring.
