本文以研制的阻燃涂料的燃烧实验和在叶片中的应用为研究对象,当风力发电系统的主机突发火灾时,涂在叶片表面特殊部位的阻燃涂层可以阻隔火源传递叶片的热量,阻隔了叶片燃烧.本项研究经过大量的燃烧试验,结果表明风电机组叶片表面涂装该阻燃涂层的部位如遇火灾可以有效地降低起火的概率,阻止或延缓火灾的发生,对叶片起到了防火保护分隔作用,提高叶片的再利用性,延长了叶片的使用寿命.
本文以研製的阻燃塗料的燃燒實驗和在葉片中的應用為研究對象,噹風力髮電繫統的主機突髮火災時,塗在葉片錶麵特殊部位的阻燃塗層可以阻隔火源傳遞葉片的熱量,阻隔瞭葉片燃燒.本項研究經過大量的燃燒試驗,結果錶明風電機組葉片錶麵塗裝該阻燃塗層的部位如遇火災可以有效地降低起火的概率,阻止或延緩火災的髮生,對葉片起到瞭防火保護分隔作用,提高葉片的再利用性,延長瞭葉片的使用壽命.

e object of research in this article is the burning experiment of re retardant coating and the application of coating on wind turbine blade surface. When re accident occurs in the engine of wind power generation system, the re retardant coating daubed on the specific part of the blade can prevent heat transmitting from the fire sources, thus prevent the blade from burning. A large number of burning experiments for this study has proved:that under a re accident, the special part of wind power blade covered with re retardant coating can e ectively reduce the probability of burning, prevent or delay the occurrence of re hazard.
