ccording to the requirements of the CPC Central Committee of contributing wisdom and strength for the construction of socialist culture and powerful country, this paper first analyzed the feasibility and necessity to let more readers come into libraries based on the status of libraries in the technological environment, and then put forward some suggestions to promote more readers to come into libraries to acquire knowledge and information in the new technological environment.
