粉煤灰加碱煅烧活化后,分别采用碱溶和酸溶的方法成功制备出 NaA 沸石.研究了不同合成方法的工艺过程及参数,得出最佳碱溶参数为:温度100℃、时间0.5 h、液固比30 mL/g、NaOH 浓度2.5 mol/L ,此方法 Si、Al 溶解率分别为27.35%和9.13%.最佳酸溶参数为:液固比20∶1、盐酸溶液质量分数10%,此方法 Si、Al 溶解率分别为72.64%和70.01%.

After calcining with alkali, fly ash was employed to synthesize NaA zeolites by alkali dissolve and acid dissolve method. The process and parameter were analyzed. The result shows that the best parameter of alkali dissolve are: the temperature is 100 ℃, the time is 0.5 h, the ratio of liquid and solid is 30 mL/g, the NaOH concentration is 3 mol/L. The dissolving rate of Si and Al are 27.35% and 9.13%. The best parameter of acid dissolve are 10% HCl , the ratio of liquid and solid is 20 mL/g. The dissolving rate of Si and Al in this method are 72.64% and 70.01%.
