研究了膨润土的成分,采用加碱在400℃下碱融2 h 的方法,活化了膨润土中的蒙脱石和石英,获得了合成 P 型沸石的高活性原料,采用水热合成的方法,通过单因素实验,确定了合成 P 型沸石的适宜条件为:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=5、n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.4、n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=50、老化时间2 h、老化温度30℃、在90℃下晶化9 h.XRD 和 SEM 分析结果表明,产物为纯净的 P 型沸石,多呈球形,粒径约为2μm.
研究瞭膨潤土的成分,採用加堿在400℃下堿融2 h 的方法,活化瞭膨潤土中的矇脫石和石英,穫得瞭閤成 P 型沸石的高活性原料,採用水熱閤成的方法,通過單因素實驗,確定瞭閤成 P 型沸石的適宜條件為:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=5、n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.4、n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=50、老化時間2 h、老化溫度30℃、在90℃下晶化9 h.XRD 和 SEM 分析結果錶明,產物為純淨的 P 型沸石,多呈毬形,粒徑約為2μm.

The chemical composition of the bentonite was analyzed, the montmorillonite and the silica of the bentonite were activated by alkali melt at 400 ℃ for 2 h, then the high active pretreated materials was obtained. The optimum conditions of synthesis P zeolites were determined by single factor experiments as follows: n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=5, n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.4, n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=50, aging at 30 ℃ for 2 h, crystallization at 90 ℃ for 9 h. The XRD and SEM analysis results showed that the products were pure P zeolites, most of them were spherical and the average particle size was 2 μm.
