以云南砚山膨润土为初始原料,通过提纯与钠化改型制备钠基蒙脱石催化剂载体.探讨了钠化剂种类与用量、钠化温度、钠化时间及精制钙基土悬浮液浓度对改型效果的影响,获得了优化的钠化改型条件,并通过 X 射线衍射分析测定了膨润土原矿、精制钙基土和钠化改型膨润土 d(001)晶面间距.结果表明,NaF 改型效果明显优于 NaCl,以提纯后精土质量5%的 NaF 在60℃下对精制钙基膨润土钠化改型5 h,可以得到钠基蒙脱石催化剂载体,其层间距为1.28 nm,阳离子交换容量达87.3 mmol/100g.

A natural bentonite resource from Yanshan county in Yunnan province was used as raw materials to prepare Na-montmorillonite catalytic support by purification and sodium modification. The influence of the type and dosage of the modification agent, the sodium modification temperature and time as well as the concentration suspension of purified clay on the modification were discussed in order to obtain the optimum conditions for sodium modification. The basal spacing of the raw bentonite, purified bentonite and sodium-modified bentonite were characterized respectively by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that NaF was better than the traditional modification reagents NaCl. Na-Montmorillonite catalytic support with 1.28 nm of basal spacing and 87.3 mmol/100g of the cation exchange capacity was obtained by using 5% NaF as modification reagents to modify the purified Ca-montmorillonite at 60 ℃ for 5 h.
