以凹土、炭粉和聚乙烯泡沫为主要原料制备悬浮空心凹土载体,应用于三相生物流化床处理低浓度有机废水.考察了温度对凹土滤料的形貌、强度和比表面积的影响,以及在不同曝气量和水力停留时间(HRT)时凹土悬浮滤料对氨氮和化学需氧量(COD)的处理情况.结果表明,煅烧温度为800℃时,制得强度91 N,比表面积为32.16 m2/g,表面粗糙、孔隙发达、耐酸碱的理想空心悬浮滤料.当曝气量为0.25 m3/h 时,COD和氨氮值降低率最大值分别为92.7%和95.4%;当 HRT 为2 h 时,COD 和氨氮值降低率最大值分别为91.5%和93.4%.

Suspended attapulgite carrier was produced from attapulgite, coal powder and polyethylene foam, and applicated to treat low concentration organic wastewater in three phase fluidized bedreactor. Effect of temperature on pattern, instension, specific surface area of attapulgite carrier was studied, and effect of hydraulic retention time(HRT) and aeration amount on NH4+-N and chemistry oxygen demand (COD) disposal was studied. The result showed that when the roasting temperature was at 800 ℃, the carrier instention was 91 N, the specific surface area was 32.16 m2/g, the surface is rough, the taperture is much, physics and chemistry Performance is fine. When aeration amount was 0.25 m3/h, the maximum COD and NH4+-N value decrease rate was 92.7% and 95.4%. When HRT was 2 h, the maximum COD and NH4+-N value decrease rate was 91.5% and 93.4%.
