以铸造 SiCp 增强铝基复合材料为对偶,采用 MM-1000摩擦磨损试验机研究了树脂基中酚醛树脂和丁腈橡胶3种不同配比对摩擦材料性能的影响.结果表明,基体酚醛树脂与丁腈橡胶的配比为6∶14、制动压力为0.36 MPa 时,树脂基摩擦材料平均摩擦因数在0.3左右,制动压力为0.5 MPa 时,平均摩擦因数在0.27左右,且摩擦扭矩曲线比较平稳,摩擦材料磨损量小,磨擦表面磨屑少,具有较好的耐磨性,其综合性能较好.
以鑄造 SiCp 增彊鋁基複閤材料為對偶,採用 MM-1000摩抆磨損試驗機研究瞭樹脂基中酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠3種不同配比對摩抆材料性能的影響.結果錶明,基體酚醛樹脂與丁腈橡膠的配比為6∶14、製動壓力為0.36 MPa 時,樹脂基摩抆材料平均摩抆因數在0.3左右,製動壓力為0.5 MPa 時,平均摩抆因數在0.27左右,且摩抆扭矩麯線比較平穩,摩抆材料磨損量小,磨抆錶麵磨屑少,具有較好的耐磨性,其綜閤性能較好.

With cast SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix composites as the dual, the effects of three different ratio between phenolic resin and nitrile on the properties of resin based friction material had been investigated in this paper using MM-1000 friction and wear tester. The results showed that the resin-based friction material had better overall performance when the ratio of phenolic resin and nitrile rubber was 6∶14, the more stable curve of friction torque, fewer wear loss, fewer abrasive dust and better wear resistance, and when brake pressure was 0.36 MPa, the average friction coefficient was about 0.3, when brake pressure was 0.5 MPa, the average friction coefficient was about 0.27.
