研究了硼改性树脂及其用量对制动摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,与普通酚醛树脂对比实验表明,采用硼改性树脂作为粘结剂的刹车片在高温、高速时不会出现热衰退现象,而且在整个过程中具有良好的摩擦因数和较低的磨损率,随着树脂计量和测试强度的加大,都能更明显地体现出硼改性树脂作为基体的刹车片的优良高温性能和较低的磨损率.
研究瞭硼改性樹脂及其用量對製動摩抆材料摩抆磨損性能的影響,與普通酚醛樹脂對比實驗錶明,採用硼改性樹脂作為粘結劑的剎車片在高溫、高速時不會齣現熱衰退現象,而且在整箇過程中具有良好的摩抆因數和較低的磨損率,隨著樹脂計量和測試彊度的加大,都能更明顯地體現齣硼改性樹脂作為基體的剎車片的優良高溫性能和較低的磨損率.

The research is about the boron modified resin and its content influence to the brake friction material friction and wear performance. The experiments of normal resin show that use the boron modified resin as binder of brake pad in high temperature and high speed will not turn up the heat recession phenomenon. And in the process has good friction coefficient and lower wear rate, with the increase of resin measurement and test intensity increase, the boron modified resin as a matrix of the brake pad manifests excellent high temperature performance and lower wear rate apparently.
