通过分析参数化产生的哲学背景,揭示自然概念的历史演进过程,指出参数化是适应当今技术和生产力条件下的必然产物.参数化是数字化时代的“道法自然”,其本质是在因循自然规律的前提下以数字化的方式诠释设计目的,构建设计逻辑,并最终解决设计问题;通过相关设计案例的探索性实践的解析,指出参数化设计不仅可以作用于形式,然而更高境界是将参数化原理作用于功能,做到“功能生态”;最后对参数化设计提出展望,即人类的智慧和自然的法则能否在参数化这一命题上高度统一起来,将“虽由人作,宛自天开”的浪漫理想推到一个更高的境界.

This article reveals the historical development process of the natural concept by analyzing the philosophical background of the parameterization, and indicates that parameterization is an inevitable result of today’s technology and productivity conditions. Parameterization is the natural law and result of digital era and its essence is to explain the design purpose, establish design logic and eventually solve design problems in digital means by fol owing natural laws. By analyzing relevant cases, the author points out that parametric design can not only be used as a design means, but more importantly as a principle to realize ‘functional ecology’. At the end of the article, prospects for parametric design is made, namely whether human intel igence and natural laws can be highly integrated on the proposition of parameterization design, so as to push the ideal of ‘making the artificial natural” to another level.
