Based on the “symbiosis” theory in ecology, the paper analysed the symbiotic unit , symbiotic model and symbiotic environment of the management of university students'dormitory, and then put forward several measures to construct the efficient man-agement symbiotic model of student's dormitory.These measures include the improvement of hardware environment facilities and the quality of management staff in student's dormitory, the maximization of management responsibility , the establishment of the manage-ment linkage system of student's dormitory, etc.
