采用幼儿教师工作压力问卷、社会支持量表和症状自评量表对302名幼儿教师进行了调查,表明:(1)工作压力与社会支持呈显著负相关,与心理健康呈显著正相关;社会支持与心理健康呈显著负相关.(2)自我期望和工作条件、工作负荷、幼儿和家长、主观支持、客观支持对幼儿教师的心理健康有显著的预测作用;工作负荷、工资福利待遇两个因子通过社会支持间接影响幼儿教师的心理健康;自我期望和工作条件、工作负荷、幼儿和家长以及对社会支持的利用度共同作用于幼儿教师的心理健康.(3)通过构建结构方程模型进一步验证了社会支持是工作压力与心理健康关系中的中介变量.
採用幼兒教師工作壓力問捲、社會支持量錶和癥狀自評量錶對302名幼兒教師進行瞭調查,錶明:(1)工作壓力與社會支持呈顯著負相關,與心理健康呈顯著正相關;社會支持與心理健康呈顯著負相關.(2)自我期望和工作條件、工作負荷、幼兒和傢長、主觀支持、客觀支持對幼兒教師的心理健康有顯著的預測作用;工作負荷、工資福利待遇兩箇因子通過社會支持間接影響幼兒教師的心理健康;自我期望和工作條件、工作負荷、幼兒和傢長以及對社會支持的利用度共同作用于幼兒教師的心理健康.(3)通過構建結構方程模型進一步驗證瞭社會支持是工作壓力與心理健康關繫中的中介變量.

The study is to examine the path of kindergarten teachers'job stress and society support to their mental health .302 kindergarten teachers were assessed with the scale of "Kindergarten Teachers Job Stress","Symptom Check List "and "Social Sup-port".Results are as follows:(1) The job stress has significant negative correlation with the social support , and has significant posi-tive correlation with the mental health;The social support and mental health has significant negative correlation .(2) Factors such as the self-expectation and condition of work , working burden, children and parents, subjective support, objective support could pre-dict significantly mental health of kindergarten teachers .The two factors of working burden , salary and welfare treatment indirect influ-ence on kindergarten teachers'mental health through the social support .Stress of self -expectation and condition of work , working burden, children and parents, degree of employing support have a common function on kindergarten teachers 'mental health.(3) Structural equation model found that social support was a mediator factor between job stress and mental health .
