The application of super high draft spinning technique has attracted more and more attention, but it still has many problems to be solved:whether sliver or roving should be fed as semi-finished products? Super high drafting assembly is still under study and not mature;how to choose the transmission line, draft adjustment and driving element of driving gear? How to reasonably distribute drafting ratio of each draft zone, so as to improve drafting efficiency? This article introduces super high draft spinning technique mainly from the above-mentioned aspects.
