针对传统涂料染色只能染中浅色的不足,采用自制阳离子改性剂HL对CVC织物进行改性,以染色K/S值、摩擦色牢度、耐洗色牢度作为评价指标,优化后改性工艺条件为:HL用量10 g/L,NaOH用量4 g/L,常温改性5 min,轧辊压力0.25 MPa.改性后的CVC织物经涂料轧染可获得更高的染色深度.该工艺具有工效高、成本低等优点,符合节能减排的环保理念,具有良好的应用前景.

To overcome the shortage of traditional pigment dyeing, CVC fabric was modified by self-made cationic modifier HL. K/S value, dry/wet rubbing fastness and washing fastness were tested to evaluate dyeing effect, and the optimized modified conditions were defined as follow:modifier HL 10 g/L, NaOH 4 g/L, immersing at room temperature for 5 min, roller pressure 0.25 MPa. The process has the advantages of higher efficiency, lower cost, water and energy saving, and is in line with the concept of environmental protection, so its prospect is promising.
