利用可见分光光度计快速测定纳米银溶液浓度的方法研究了强吸附型纳米银溶液对粘胶纤维的吸附性能和吸附机理.讨论了纳米银溶液浓度、浸渍温度和浸渍时间对粘胶纤维纳米银吸附量的影响,结果表明,当纳米银溶液浓度为70 mg/L,粘胶纤维对纳米银的吸附能力最强;低于70℃时,吸附动力学遵守准二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,热力学分析表明该吸附过程为自发性物理吸附,升温有利于吸附过程的进行.

Spectrophotometer can provide a convenient way to test the concentration of nano-sliver solution, so it is used to analyze the adsorption properties and related mechanism of nano-silver solution onto viscose fiber. In this paper, the influence of concentration of nano-silver solution, dipping temperature and dipping time on adsorption to viscose fiber was discussed. Results showed that the adsorption capacity reached the greatest level when concentration of nano-silver at 70 mg/L;Below 70℃, adsorption kinetics complied with Quasi-second order kinetics, and its adsorption isotherm fitted Langmuir model;The adsorption process was physical adsorption and rising temperature could improve the absorption.
