仿形织物目前为航空、航天等工业研制的、初步具有制品形状的多层整体织物,是制造高性能、净尺寸复合材料所必需的增强材料.它具有生产成本低、品种适应性广等优点,可不经裁剪直接缠绕成型回转体复合材料.为了织造回转体缠绕即可成型的机织物,采用分别代表经纱和纬纱的两组网格线将回转体表面网格化,经纱沿回转体的圆周方向,纬纱沿着回转体的母线方向.网格化得回转体曲面展开,即成为预成型织物的形状.
倣形織物目前為航空、航天等工業研製的、初步具有製品形狀的多層整體織物,是製造高性能、淨呎吋複閤材料所必需的增彊材料.它具有生產成本低、品種適應性廣等優點,可不經裁剪直接纏繞成型迴轉體複閤材料.為瞭織造迴轉體纏繞即可成型的機織物,採用分彆代錶經紗和緯紗的兩組網格線將迴轉體錶麵網格化,經紗沿迴轉體的圓週方嚮,緯紗沿著迴轉體的母線方嚮.網格化得迴轉體麯麵展開,即成為預成型織物的形狀.

Preformed fabrics are integral multilayer fabrics with rough shape of the finished products. They are essential reinforcing materials for making high-performance and net-shape composite materials, which are currently developed for the application areas such as aviation and aerospace and so on. The fabric introduced in this study is a woven fabric in the shape of straight pipe for shaping winding, which can be used directly for winding rotating composite structures without cutting and it has the advantages of low cost and wide adaptability. In order to weave such fabric, two sets of grid lines, which respectively represent warp and weft, were used for gridding the solid surface. The warp yarns were designed along the circumferential direction and weft yarns in the generatrix direction. The gridding surface was then spread out and the shape of preformed fabric was obtained.
