以环氧氯丙烷、丝胶蛋白为原料,制成了一种棉织物改性剂并应用于棉织物的改性整理.采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和电镜扫描(SEM)测试改性织物发现,丝胶蛋白已通过环氧氯丙烷固着于棉织物上.采用活性染料对丝胶蛋白改性棉织物进行染色,对染色性能进行测试,结果表明改性棉织物的染色K/S值明显提高,耐摩擦色牢度和皂洗牢度均有不同程度的改善,吸、放湿性能和匀染性有所提升.

A new modifier was synthesized using epoxy chloropropane and sericin protein, and then applied to the modification of cotton fabrics. FT-IR and SEM were used to characterize the modification effect, and the results showed that sericin protein had fixed on cotton fabrics. Reactive dyes were used to dye the modified cotton fabrics, and the dyeing behavior was studied. After pretreatment with sericin protein, K/S value of dyed fabric increased obviously; washing fastness and rubbing fastness improved;moisture absorption and liberation and levelness became better.
