常用红外光源类似灰体辐射源,其辐射的能量仅有部分处于红外大气窗口内,从而极大地影响其应用范围.在分析红外光源的波段辐射功率密度和辐射效率基础上,提出通过控制光源的光谱发射率来提高其辐射功率密度和辐射效率;进一步分析了当前发射率控制的相关方法,利用相关原理初步设计了一种光子晶体薄膜,实现了发射率的波段选择.相关方法和结论对于改进红外光源、提高其波段效能具有指导意义.

Common infrared sources are similar to grey body radiation sources. Only little parts of radiation energies lie in the band of infrared atmospheric window, which affects their applications remarkably. Based on the analysis on band radiation power density and efficiency of infrared sources, the methods to enhance power density and efficiency by controlling spectrum emissivity of radiation source are proposed. The methods to con?trol emissivity are analyzed. And the relative theories are applied to design a thin film of photon crystal to realize emissivity band choosing. The relative methods and results are useful to improve infrared sources and band effi?ciency.
