秦岭山区民间使用“七药”的历史源远流长,并形成独特的草医理论体系.开发“七药”资源,是寻找和筛选抗菌作用强而毒性小的广谱抗菌新药的有效途径.本实验是以11种致病菌对80种具有清热解毒作用的秦岭“七药”水煎剂进行抗菌作用筛选,结果发现抗11种致病菌的“七药”有17种.
