牙周病已成为危害人类口腔健康的重大的公共卫生问题之一,促进人类对牙周病防治的认识是其预防工作的关键.随着医学模式的转变,以生物—心理—社会观点为基础的干预模式在提高人类口腔卫生保健能力方面显示出巨大的潜力.通过心理干预促进口腔保健行为的改变是近年来诸多学者研究的热点.本文通过分析各种心理干预模式,尤其是自我效能模式在牙周病防治中的作用,以期为日后牙周病的综合干预提供理论依据.

Periodontal disease has recently become one of the major public health problems of harming human oral health. Improving the consciousness of self protection is the key factor for prevention of periodontal disease. As the change of the traditional medical model, the new intervention model based on the bio-psycho-social viewpoint shows enormous potential on improving the ability of oral health self-prevention. Promotion the effect on dental health prac-tice and oral health awareness through psychological intervention is widely studied in recent years. The objective of this review is to evaluate the role of psychological intervention models especially the self-effective mode in the treat-ment and prevention of periodontal disease, and then in order to provide the theoretical basis of periodontal disease comprehensive intervention in the future.
