比色是口腔修复治疗的重要环节,准确的比色是牙齿颜色再现的基础.目前临床上常用的比色方法是视觉比色法,易受环境、年龄、疲劳等多种主客观因素的影响.随着科学技术的不断发展以及人们对美观的要求逐渐增高,数字比色仪器以其客观、准确、快速以及量化等优点越来越多地被口腔医生所使用.数字比色仪器种类繁多,原理各不相同,优点突出,但也有各自的不足.本文就目前常用的数字比色仪器的类型、临床特点、准确性以及可重复性作一综述.

Shade selection, the key step of color reproduction, determines the success of restoration. The visual method which is considered as the tradition shade selection method could be influenced by subjective and objective factors, such as color matching conditions, receiver’s age and visual fatigue. However, digital dental shade selection could overcome these disadvantages and its inherent characteristics: Objective, accurate, flexible to use, and so on, have attracted more and more dentists’ attention. In recent years, with the development of techniques and the increas-ing requirement about the aesthetic effects, digital dental shade selection technology has been widely used in dental clinical. This paper reviewed the types, characteristics and clinical application of digital shade selection instruments.
