Under the background of grade-based system, it is a problem to focus on teachers’ quality and train teaching skills for students majoring in primary education. After-class activity is one of the effective solutions to it. It is practicable to develop stu-dents’ teaching skills by establishing students’ unions, enriching cultural activities on campus, diversifying the contents and forms of after-class activities.
