建立了一套5 kW 溴化锂高温吸收式热变换器实验样机,其最高输出可用热温度超过200℃,温升大于40℃.实验考察了蒸发温度、再生温度、吸收温度和系统温升对系统性能系数 COP 的影响,其主要部件在150?205℃以高温高压操作,并辅以表面抗蚀技术,有效减缓了溴化锂溶液的腐蚀作用.实验结果表明,随着蒸发温度增加,COP 增加;随着再生温度增加,COP 先增加后略微减小;随着吸收温度增加,COP 先增加后减小;COP 随着系统温升增加而减小.
建立瞭一套5 kW 溴化鋰高溫吸收式熱變換器實驗樣機,其最高輸齣可用熱溫度超過200℃,溫升大于40℃.實驗攷察瞭蒸髮溫度、再生溫度、吸收溫度和繫統溫升對繫統性能繫數 COP 的影響,其主要部件在150?205℃以高溫高壓操作,併輔以錶麵抗蝕技術,有效減緩瞭溴化鋰溶液的腐蝕作用.實驗結果錶明,隨著蒸髮溫度增加,COP 增加;隨著再生溫度增加,COP 先增加後略微減小;隨著吸收溫度增加,COP 先增加後減小;COP 隨著繫統溫升增加而減小.

A prototype of 5 kW high temperature absorption heat transformer operating with water/lithium bromide mixture was built, in which the temperature of output fluid is over 200℃ and gross temperature lift (GTL) is over 40℃. The effects of operating temperatures of evaporator, generator and absorber, and gross temperature lift (GTL) on the coefficient of performance (COP) of the system were investigated experimentally. The patented technology of anticorrosion was used to reduce the corrosion effect of the lithium bromide solution at high temperature (150?205℃) and high pressure. The experimental results show that the COP increases with the increase of the evaporating temperature, and increases firstly and then decreases lightly with the increase of generating temperature, and increases firstly and then decreases with increasing the absorbing temperature, and decreases with the increase of GTL.
