采用box-behnken响应面法研究了有机酸、酚类化合物以及单因素法研究了呋喃衍生物对汽爆玉米秸秆酶解的影响,以期了解无催化汽爆木质纤维素产生的主要抑制物对酶解的影响.结果表明,有机酸中,甲酸浓度的变化对抑制作用影响最显著,乙酰丙酸次之,乙酸最弱;呋喃衍生物中糠醛的抑制作用略大于5-羟甲基糠醛;酚类化合物中香草醛浓度的变化对抑制作用影响最显著,丁香醛次之,4-羟基苯甲醛抑制作用最弱.
採用box-behnken響應麵法研究瞭有機痠、酚類化閤物以及單因素法研究瞭呋喃衍生物對汽爆玉米秸稈酶解的影響,以期瞭解無催化汽爆木質纖維素產生的主要抑製物對酶解的影響.結果錶明,有機痠中,甲痠濃度的變化對抑製作用影響最顯著,乙酰丙痠次之,乙痠最弱;呋喃衍生物中糠醛的抑製作用略大于5-羥甲基糠醛;酚類化閤物中香草醛濃度的變化對抑製作用影響最顯著,丁香醛次之,4-羥基苯甲醛抑製作用最弱.

In order to probe the effects of the major steam-exploded lignocellulose inhibitors on enzymatic hydrolysis of chemicals-free steam exploded corn stalk, the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to study the inhibition performance of organic acids and phenolic compounds, and single factor method was used to study the inhibition performance of furan derivatives. The results show that the formic acid concentration variance shows the most remarkable inhibitory effect, levulinic acid, the second one, and the acetic acid the least one among the organic acids;Furfural is a little more inhibitory than 5-hydroxymethylfurfural among the furan derivatives;Vanillin concentration variance shows the most significant inhibitory effect, and the syringaldehyde the second one, p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde is the least one among the phenolic compounds.
